1. AMP Virtual Challenge (referred herein as the “Event”) is organised by AMP Singapore (referred herein as the “Organiser”).
  2. AMP Virtual Run will be held from 2 August 2021 to 31 October 2021. The Event Registration opens from 21 June 2021 to 15 October 2021.
  3. By completing the online registration and payment, the Participant agrees to abide by the relevant Terms and Conditions of the Event. 
  4. The Organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions in its sole discretion without notice to the Participants. Participants can find the updated Terms and Conditions at the event’s official website at:



  1. Participants are strongly encouraged to go for a medical examination and/or consult their medical practitioner prior to completing the online registration, and also before and during the clock-in period/day.
  2. Event entries are not transferable to other parties nor can participants change the Event categories upon confirmation of their registration.



  1. The Participant is considered to be registered for AMP Virtual Challenge only when (i) all and complete information is provided as specified in the online registration form and (ii) full payment of registration has been made.
  2. Once the registration form has been duly processed and the full payment of registration fees has been duly made, no amendment of registered race category will be allowed. ​The Organiser shall not be held responsible for any disputes arising from incomplete entry details.
  3. Once Participants have registered for the Event, there will be no cancellation/refunds given. Participants are to confirm their intent prior to registering and making payment for the Event registration.
  4. The Event has the following categories:
  5. Participants registering as a Group would have to submit an online registration once by one Participant only. The registration fees for groups would be calculated as follows: Number of Participant x Individual registration fees (example: 3 Participants x $30 = $90). No refunds would be entertained should a registered Participant withdraw from the Event.
  6. Registration fees can be made during the online registration. Only Paynow and Paypal are accepted modes of payments. An acknowledgement email will be sent to the participant’s registered email.
  7. Each individual Participant or Group, would have to set up a profile page after successful registration. A secure login password is required to access the profile page.
  8. Participants are responsible for the captions and images uploaded on the profile page. Participants must ensure that no inappropriate content is uploaded on the profile page.
  9. Organisers reserve the right to take down any image or content deemed inappropriate without prior notice of the Participants.
  10. The profile page will no longer be accessible to Participants upon the completion of the Event. Contents uploaded would be erased from the Organiser’s website once the Event period is over.
  11. Each Participant certifies that he/she is 18 years of age or older at the time of Event registration. If Participant is under the age of 18 years, he/she must seek the consent of his/her parent or guardian before registering and participating in the Virtual Event. In such an instance, the parent or guardian of the Participant must certify that he/she has fully understood and agrees to these terms and conditions for and on behalf of the Participant.
  12. Participants must declare that the decision to take part in the Event is entirely his/her own decision, and accepts all risks associated with participating in the Event, including but not limited to loss of life and/or any injury (including permanent injury).
  13. Organiser reserves the right to cancel or postpone the Event, or to change any part of the Event, including the date, at any time without prior notice to the Participant. In the event of cancellation, postponement or modification, the Organiser will update the details of cancellation, postponement or modification on (insert landing page link) and may inform Participant prior to the start date of the Event.
  14. If the Event is cancelled or postponed or modified, there shall be no refund of registration fees paid unless otherwise determined by the Organiser in its sole discretion. The Organiser shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience caused.



  1. Participants take part in AMP Virtual Challenge entirely at their own risk and are responsible for selecting a safe route to walk/run/cycle.
  2. Participants must use designated pedestrian/cyclist pathways and observe traffic regulations at all times. Participants should practise extra caution to traffic, weather, or other conditions while taking part in the Event.
  3. Participants should wear high visibility clothing when participating in the Event in low light conditions. Participants of the Cycling Category should ensure that they wear helmets that meet approved standards while taking part in the Event.
  4. Organisers will not be liable for any injuries or accidents experienced whilst taking part in the Event.
  5. Participants are advised to adhere to the latest COVID-19 safe management measures at all times. Organisers shall not be liable for negligence or breach of measures carried out by participants while they are taking part in the Event.



  1. Participants are to submit their proof of completion via image upload on their Profile Page on Event’s website. The proof must be uploaded during the Event period. Group entries are to combine their separate proof of completion into a single image when uploading to profile page.
  2. Individual Participants can complete their chosen distance by submitting up to 5 images for proof of completion. Group participants must complete their chosen distance by submitting a maximum of 5 images for proof of completion (the distance completed by each member need not be equal but must total to the distance chosen by group upon registration).
  3. Proofs of completion which are submitted after the stipulated cut-off date and time will be considered void and invalid.
  4. Participant will be disqualified for any fraudulent activities found while taking part in the Event.



  1. Each Participant’s entitlement consists of: digital bib (e-bib), digital certification of Event completion (e-certificate) and physical Tee.
  2. E-bib will be emailed to Participant upon registration via the email address indicated on the online registration form.
  3. E-Certificate will be emailed upon submission of proof of Event completion via the Participant’s profile page on the Event website.
  4. Event Tee will be issued after the completion of the Event period. Participants are to check the Event website for the updated details.
  5. Organisers reserve the right to replace any entitlement with products of similar value without giving prior notification or any reasons thereof to Participants.
  6. Changes in sizes after registration is strictly not allowed. Participants shall refer to the event T-shirt size guide prior to submitting registration for the Event.
  7. In the circumstance where the Event would be adversely affected by conditions beyond the Organisers’ reasonable control such as the outbreak of MERS, H1N1, COVID-19, etc. (based on MOH’s advisory), or haze (where the air quality pollutant standards index rises above the acceptable PM2.5 readings or based on NEA’s advisory), Organisers reserve the right to cancel or postpone the Event without any prior notification to Participants.
  8. In any of such circumstances, participants will still be entitled to their entitlement, while, strictly no refund or transfer will be given for the registration fees.



  1. By registering online and participating in the Event, Participants acknowledge the privacy statements below and consents to the collection, use, disclosures and/or processing of their personal information as set out below.
  2. The Organiser will collect, use, disclose and/or process participants’ personal data or information (including information provided in the registration form) provided by them. The data will be collected, used, disclosed and/or processed by AMP Singapore for the purpose of processing and managing participants’ registration in the Event, as well as generally for the administration, promotion and marketing of the Event.
  3. The Organiser may contact participants from time to time via electronic transmissions to their email address, and/or by phone call or text messages which have been given at the Event registration.
  4. Participants are responsible for the data and contents which they have uploaded on the registration form and profile page of the Event website. The Organiser reserves the right to delete any images or captions deemed inappropriate without prior notice to the participants.
  5. If the Participant provides any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or if the Organiser has grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, the Organiser may suspend or terminate the Participant’s participation in the Event.



In this Release and Waiver, “I, me, my” refers to the Participant. In consideration of the acceptance of my registration in the AMP Virtual Challenge:

  1.     I confirm that I have read and understood the AMP Virtual Challenge Terms and Conditions and agree that all of the terms and conditions set out therein and herein apply to my participation in the Event, and I agree to abide by all such terms and conditions as amended from time to time.
  2.     I declare that the decision to take part in the Event is entirely my own decision, and I fully understand and acknowledge all risks associated with my participation in the Event, including but not limited to loss of life and/or any injury (including permanent injury), and accept full responsibility for such risks.
  3.     I declare as a condition of entry into the Event that:(i) I have undertaken appropriate and sufficient training for the Event;(ii) I am not aware of any physical disability, injury, illness or other medical condition that may affect my safety or physical well-being, or cause or result in injury or death during or as a consequence of participating in the Event;(iii) I am medically and physically fit to participate in the Virtual Event; and(iv)The above declarations, representations, and warranties are true and accurate, and I have provided true, accurate, current and complete information about myself in the registration form, and I agree to maintain and promptly update such information to keep it true, accurate, current and complete.
  4.     I declare and agree on my own behalf and on behalf of my heirs, executors and administrators that to the maximum extent permitted by law, I hereby waive, release and discharge the Organiser, its sponsors, its appointed officials, its employees and board members, its contractors and agents, volunteer, and medical and paramedical personnel (“Event Personnel”), from and against any and all demands, claims, suit, legal proceedings, right or cause of action, howsoever arising whether in contract, tort, or otherwise (including without limitation, negligence, or breach of statute) that may arise out of or in connection with my participation in the Event (including my death or injury and/or any damage or loss that I may suffer, sustain or incur as a result of my participation in the Event). This waiver and release is binding on my heirs, executors and administrators, and my assigns and personal representatives, and may be pleaded as a bar to any action, claim, demand, suit or legal proceedings.
  5. I, my heirs, executors and administrators, my assigns and personal representatives agree to hold harmless the Event Personnel harmless and indemnify each of the Event Personnel from and against any and all losses, costs (including legal costs on a full indemnity basis), claims, damage and expenses whatsoever which any of them may incur (directly or indirectly) as a result of my breach of any of the Event Terms and Conditions.
  6. I agree that the Organiser or its appointed vendor(s) may send to me communications, notices, marketing, advertising and promotional information by post, email, sms or through other forms of communication.
  7. If the Participant is under the age of 18 years, I declare that I am the parent or legal guardian of the minor Participant, and I make all declarations, consents, agreements and undertakings above for myself as the parent or legal guardian of the minor Participant, and on behalf of the minor Participant, his/her heirs, executors and administrators, assigns and personal representatives.
